PRESENTER:: Darlene Roy-Johnson

DATE: Monday, January 4, 2016
TIME: 11:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.

LOCATION: Ethel Barry Room at the Hennepin County Southdale Library.
What if there was another way to increase your coaching client’s self-awareness, enhance their effectiveness in relationships, and decrease their conflict both personally and professionally? There is another way – it’s called behavior flexibility. During this presentation, Darlene will introduce the concept of behavior flexibility through a highly valid and reliable personality assessment called FIRO B: Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation.
During this interactive session, you will learn:
• the key features & benefits of the FIRO B assessment
• how to use the tool to repair broken relationships both in the workplace and at home
• how to take good functional relationships to a higher level
With the FIRO approach, your coaching clients can instantly recognize why certain interactions are less fulfilling than they should be, and what they can do to make them even better.
