Throughout this series, supervisors have learned and practiced tools for setting clear expectations, having difficult conversations, developing strong relationships, and holding people accountable for performance. While everyone potentially has the same tools available to them, every supervisor will still have their own voice and style. This final class in the series will encourage supervisors to define the style that allows them to be the most effective they can be. (Styles Profile included.)
This course is part of the Supervision and Management Series. Register for the whole series at $400 or take each class individually at $125.
