Julie is honored to have taught two workshops, “Delegating for Results” and “Leading Change” in Scott County’s SCALE University. Recently, the program received an award:
SCALE University was one of six programs recognized by the Association of MN Counties with a 2013 County Achievement Award for “exhibiting excellence and innovations in their counties”. Page four of the attached the press release provides a brief summary; the award was presented at the annual conference and was accepted by Scott County Administrator Gary Shelton and three of our board members.
As members of the SCALE U faculty you are key contributors to the success of this program; we received this award because of the great training, education, coaching, and learning you provide our students. Thank you for being part of this program- I could not do this without you.
In appreciation,
