“Building Our Strengths, Building our Teams” – second of a three part series to develop a strengths-based culture in the IT function of a service organization. Part One in June focused on the department leaders, their strengths and role in building a strengths-based organization. Part Two is in two sessions for employees working in a multi-team environment so that they can:
• Understand a strengths – based culture and the organization’s move towards it
• Understand their own strengths
• Explore their ability to develop and contribute their strengths to functional and project teams.
Leadership Retreat using an Appreciative Inquiry (AI) approach to develop the framework, excitement and commitment to building a high-performing leadership and work team in an educational institution. Second retreat in August will include all team members.
