I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to work with Julie. From our first session, she was exactly as she described — positive and challenging. She helped me understand my behaviors and patterns in tangible ways from a values exercise and StrengthsFinder analysis to naming my Gremlins (yes, there is more than one!). She encouraged me to re-frame with the positive and appreciate others more fully. Through our coaching, I have changed life-long patterns that have affected both my professional and personal lives and now have a great set of tools to employ as a leader, peer, partner and friend.
