Normandale Community College features in its cover story the Supervision Certificate Series and some of its recent participants in their Winter/Spring 2014 course catalog. Julie has been the facilitator of the 4-session series for the past four years. She also designed the content that is taught.
Gallup Organization research indicates that an employee joins an organization, but leaves a supervisor. When an individual contributor is promoted to supervisor, the transition can be a difficult one. This certificate will provide the new supervisor with the foundational skills needed for the job.
