Next in our series of exploring assessments we can use with our clients is the application of the popular StrengthsFinder 2.0. Get an overview of what the assessment has to offer as well as how it can support client goals. Help clients not only identify their strengths but how they can leverage them in job search or professional development. The Coaching SIG co-facilitators, Julie Berg, leadership development consultant and certified coach, and Cindy Edwards, career development & job search coach. They will share how they incorporate strengths data in their work with clients.
