Fall, 2016 – Julie Facilitates Normandale’s Certificate in Supervision & Management Program

When an individual contributor is promoted to supervisor, the transition can be a difficult one. This certificate will provide the new supervisor with the foundational skills needed for the job. Register for this certificate for $400 (a savings of $100) for all four classes or take only the ones most appropriate for you!

Julie Facilitates “Assess Training Needs” at UMN March 16-17, 2016

“Assess Training Needs” is part of the Professional Train-the-Trainer Certificate in the College of Continuing Education at the University of Minnesota.  The two-day workshop is for anyone with responsibility for creating and delivering training in their organization.  “Assess Training Needs” can be taken alone or as part of the series.

This is Julie’s fifth year as a facilitator in this series.
