I am always honored to be a part of the Leadership Essentials series as a coach to participants desiring follow-up support to what they learn in the workshops.
This six month program (September – February/one session monthly) is a highly interactive professional development opportunity focusing on the absolutely critical skills for developing front line leaders. By attending this session, you will be presented with the basis of emotional intelligence, take time to recognize the core EQ competencies and skills in your own life, especially as they impact relationships, decisions and stressors, and focus on specific ways to practice and improve your EQ.
