The frontline manager is in an unenviable position when it comes to leading change. Often faced with rallying the troops to accept and embrace change that they themselves might not agree with, there is an art and science to creating a successful change environment. Begin by understanding the transition process and how it affects the people who report to you. Then, learn strategies for supporting your employees while holding them accountable for accepting change.
