The Midwest Energy Association’s Leadership Development Series provides opportunities for leaders to dig deeper into their personal leadership skills. The Leadership Development Series is focused on leading both self and others by cultivating an awareness and application of key personal assets.

October 2021 Series: How to Become a Better Leader

Focusing on behaving like a leader, the series delves into core and adaptive leadership skills and gives new insights into how to develop and utilize them as a leader. The facilitator, Julie Berg, has over 30 years of experience working as an employee consultant and as a leadership coach.

The 360 Degrees Refined personal assessment included with this series uncovers where each participant’s leadership skills stand currently, and what they can do to maximize these skills in the workplace.
