Julie to present at ATD-GTC Change Leadership COP on March 14, 2025

March 2025 Change Leadership Community of Practice: Building Trust to Influence Change

9:30 AM – 11:00 AM – In-Person @ Sumner Library: 611 Van White Memorial Blvd, Minneapolis, MN 55411

Speaker: Julie Berg, HRD Consulting

Our ability to influence change depends on how we show up. Trust is often the deciding factor between being seen as an order taker versus a trusted partner.

In this interactive session, we’ll take a deep dive into trust and self-awareness, helping you uncover:

  • How you currently demonstrate trust (or unintentionally break it).
  • The difference between being a thought leader versus just executing tasks.
  • How to show up with credibility so leaders and teams want to work with you.

This session is introspective, interactive, and eye-opening—designed to spark insights that will shape how you build trust and influence change within your organization.
